Fully Furnished Interior
The SC-30 arrives as a complete guest suite. Oak-grain wall panels, a built-in king bed, blackout curtains, a compact kitchenette with induction hob and fridge, a full dry-and-wet bathroom, air conditioning and smart lighting — installed, wired and QC-tested in our factory.
Product Highlights
Double-glazed insulated units (6 + 12A + 6 mm) with low-E coating — panoramic views without giving up thermal performance.
Galvanized steel frame, aluminum skin and 50 mm PU + rock-wool insulation. Tested from −30 °C to +50 °C, wind level 10, snow load 1.0 kN/m².
Single-point water in/out and one power inlet (220 V / 110 V, 50/60 Hz). Optional solar kit and battery package for off-grid sites.
