Everything needed to operate as a guest room: complete structure and insulation, full bathroom (shower, toilet, water heater), kitchen or kitchenette, furniture, air conditioning, lighting, curtains and appliances. The cabin is finished — not a shell.
Yes. Most sites use concrete footings, screw piles or a steel grid platform depending on terrain. After ordering, we provide a foundation drawing with loads and dimensions for your local contractor.
Each cabin has a single water inlet, single drainage outlet and one power inlet (220 V or 110 V, 50/60 Hz). Your local plumber and electrician connect them in a few hours per cabin. We provide connection diagrams in advance.
Standard builds are rated for −25 °C to +45 °C, wind level 10 and snow load 1.0 kN/m². For extreme climates we offer reinforced structures, upgraded insulation and heating packages tested to −30 °C.
One unit. Many clients start with a sample cabin and order full batches after seeing it operate.
Typically 30–45 days after deposit and drawing confirmation, depending on model and order size. Peak season may extend this — we confirm the exact schedule in writing with every contract.
Complete cabins ship on flat racks or in 40HQ containers (Apple Cabin: 2 per 40HQ; Glamping Cabin: up to 6 flat-packed). Shipping cost depends on destination port and quantity — we quote FOB, CIF or DAP with every offer.
Yes. Our export team prepares the full document set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and CE documentation. For selected markets we can quote DDP.
Yes. Interior finishes, cladding colours (RAL), glass sizes, layouts and your logo on the exterior are all customizable above minimum quantities. Engineering feasibility is confirmed before production.
Standard warranty: 10 years on the steel structure, 2 years on fittings, equipment and interior components. Wear parts and transport damage are handled per contract; spare parts are stocked for all models.
Standard terms are 30% deposit with order and 70% balance before shipment, by T/T. L/C is available for established clients. Incoterms: FOB, CIF or DAP/DDP by negotiation.
Pricing depends on model, specification level, options and quantity. Send us your requirements via the contact form and you will receive a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
